摘    要:以硝酸镁、硝酸铝、硅酸钠为主要原料,试验了水热体系合成皂石(saponite)。通过粉末X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)等技术,考察了晶化时间、晶化温度对皂石结构演化的影响。提高水热晶化温度,对提高皂石结晶性有利。晶化时间短,皂石粒径小,结晶性差,但颗粒分布窄。晶化时间长,皂石粒径增大,结晶性好,热稳定性提高。

Abstract:Saponite was synthesized in hydrothermal system by using magnesium nitrate,aluminum nitrate,sodium silicate,and urea as starting material.The products were investigated by powder X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy techniques to study the influences of crystallization time,crystallization temperature on the structure of saponite.The experimental results showed that crystallinity of saponite could improve with the increase of the crystallization temperature.As the crystallization time was short,the obtained saponite with poor crystallinity had small particle size in narrow size distribution.On the contrary,the products showed good crystallinity,have large particle size and high thermal stability when the crystallization time was long.
