超声波辅助提取九香虫黄酮化合物的工艺研究

摘    要:以乙醇为溶剂,以超声波作为提取辅助设备,通过单因子试验确定影响黄酮化合物提取的主要因素及其最佳水平范围,通过L9(34)正交试验确定其最优提取条件,研究超声波辅助提取九香虫黄酮类化合物的最优工艺。最优工艺条件是料液比1:30、提取时间30 min、乙醇浓度70%、提取温度60℃。在最优工艺条件下测得样品中黄酮类化合物的含量达最大,为17.1 mg.g-1。影响超声波辅助提取九香虫黄酮化合物的因素主次为料液比>提取时间>醇浓度>提取温度。

Abstract:Ultrasound-assisted extraction of flavonoids Aspongopus chinensis Dallas optimal process was studied.Ethanol as solvent,ultrasonic extraction as auxiliary equipment,single factor test to determine the impact of flavonoids extracted from the scope of the main factors and their optimal level by L9(34) orthogonal test to determine the optimal extraction conditions. Factor affecting the ultrasonic-assisted extraction Aspongopus chinensis Dallas flavonoids from primary to secondary is the solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,ethanol concentration and extraction temperature.Optimum conditions are solid-liquid ratio 1:30,extraction time 30 min,70% ethanol concentration,extraction temperature of 60℃.The content of flavonoids reached the maximum of 17.1 mg·g—1 at the optimum conditions.
