摘    要:文章通过对纺丝条件——牵伸倍数和纺丝温度做单因子试验,并对聚乳酸纤维的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、沸水收缩率、取向度、粘均分子量进行测试,研究了纺丝条件对聚乳酸性能的影响关系,并得出了最佳的纺丝条件。

Abstract:Based on spinning conditions of draw ratio and spinning temperature, single factor experiment was made, and the properties of breaking strength, elongation, boiling water shrinkage, degree of orientation and viscosity-average molecular weight of filament were tested. The spinning conditions effected on filament's properties were researched. At last the optimum spinning conditions were made out.
