摘    要:对某精密仪器OPC在运输中的振动问题进行了研究,分析了不同路面、不同车速条件下运输OPC的随机振动响应,对OPC进行了随机振动试验。提出了OPC在进行宽带随机振动实验中必须面临的几个技术问题及处理方法,保证了OPC在运输中的安全性。实验测量了多点的加速度信号,并用信号分析仪进行了数据处理,获得了该机振动的参数,为OPC的防振、抑振提供了参考。

Abstract:Gave an effective way of solving problems concerning vibration of precision apparatus OPC in vehicle transportation.Based on different grades of road excitation and transport speed,the random vibration response of the OPC during road transportation was analyzed.Random vibration experiment of the OPC was performed.Several engineering problems during OPC random vibration experiment were discussed and solving methods were pointed out.The safely of OPC in vehicle transportation can be guaranteed.After surveying many point's signals of acceleration,data analysis was carried out with signal processor and the OPC's each state of parameters were obtained,which provided us a referrence for the OPC antivibration and vibration reduction.
