木聚糖酶处理对亚硫酸镁浆酸性过氧化氢漂白机理的研究

摘    要:采用X-射线衍射法和傅立叶变换红外光谱法进行木聚糖酶(X)对亚硫酸镁法竹子/蔗渣浆酸性过氧化氢(POs)漂白影响机理的研究.两种方法均能很好地反映镁盐浆纤维素的结晶结构在POs漂及X-POs漂前后的变化.所研究的几种浆样的纤维素均呈纤维素I晶态:(002)面峰较尖削,(101)面峰与(101)面峰重迭且呈圆钝形;常规POs漂浆和x-POs漂浆均比未漂浆的结晶度低,但x-POs漂浆比常规POs漂浆结晶度高.结果表明,经木聚糖酶处理的POs漂比常规POs漂既能有效地降解浆中的残留木素,又能更好地保护碳水化合物.

Abstract:The mechanism of xylanase (X) treatment on the acidic hydrogen peroxide bleaching (POs) of magnesium-based sulfite bamboo/bagasse pulp was researched by means of X-ray diffraction analysis and infrared absorption spectroscopy. These two ways can better reflect the changes of crystallization structure of magnesium base pulp cellulose in POs bleaching and before or after X-POs bleaching.
