摘    要:采用ANSYS的约束优化方法,建立了镗刀几何参数优化计算的数学模型,使用该模型可得到在给定切削条件下满足设计要求并使镗刀主偏角为最小的镗刀几何参数;给出了优化计算实例。

Abstract:A mathematical model for calculating the optimal geometric parameters of boring cutters is developed using the constraint optimization approach offered by ANSYS. With the help of this model, the geometric parameters of the boring cutters with minimum cutting edge angle will be obtained under given conditions while the other requirements of the tool design are satisfied. At last an optimal example for a boring cutter is present.
