新型滤波减速器的效率分析及试验

摘    要:对一种新型滤波减速器(专利号CN1699793A)的偏心减速机构齿轮内啮合副的啮合效率和滤波花键机构内啮合副的啮合效率进行分析,通过理论分析法推导出各个内啮合副啮合效率方程,并通过啮合功率法推导出滤波减速器的总啮合效率方程。最后通过实例计算出滤波减速器的理论效率、并通过实验进行了验证,得出一些有用的结论。

Abstract:The meshing efficiency of the eccentric reducing mechanism and the filtering spline gear mechanism of a new type of filtering gear reducer (China patent CN1699793A) is analyzed. Each internal gear pair meshing efficiency equation were derived by the theory analysis method and the total meshing efficiency equation of filtering gear reducer were derived by the contact power method. At last, the theory efficiency of a example filtering gear reducer was calculated and the experiment was proved, some useful conclusion were obtained.
