The International Experience of Consumer Protection System and Its Use for Reference

This paper introduces the developing background and process of the consumer protecting systems in Economically_developed countries,analyzes the legal systems and organizing systems in them.Based on the summary of the experience of protecting consumers in developed countries,this paper sums up the six aspects that can be used for reference for the consumer_protecting system:group lawsuit;small_amount prosecuting court;consumer organization or administration_supported prosecuting system;the right of contract_rescission;the system of consuming inspector;and system of product liability.
