纳米复合PVC-U塑料增强、增韧机理探讨

摘    要:重庆顾地塑胶电器有限公司在将纳米碳酸钙成功应用于该公司全部PVC—U制品的基础上,总结了纳米碳酸钙用量对PVC—U给水管、电工套管、排水管件物理机械性能的影响。以界面力学、电子力学和橡胶结构理论为基础,解释了纳米塑料的增强机理,并推断在纳米复合PVC—U塑料中,两个线性大分子之间存在着一定数量的“纳米桥键”,类似于橡胶结构,可使纳米碳酸钙提高PVC—U塑料的韧性。

Abstract:Based on the successful application of n an o-CaCO 3 to all of PVC-U products in Chongqing Goody Plastic Electric Appliance Co.,Ltd.,the influences of the using amount of nano-CaCO 3 on the physical and mechanical properties of PVC-U water feed pipes,electrical jackets and drain pi pe fittings are summarized.Based on the theories of interfacial mechanics,electr on mechanics and rubber structure,the reinforcing mechanism of nano-plastics is explained,and it is deduced that there are some "nano-endocyclic bonds" betwee n two linear macromolecules in nano-composite PVC-U plastics,which is simila r to the rubber structure and could increase the toughness of PVC-U plastics .
