| Abstract: | A data communication with Profibus-DP between SIMATIC S7-300 series PLC and ABB ACS600 series Frequency Converter （FC） is discussed in this paper. The key technological points are focused such as the system configuration and communication protocol, the hardware configuration, communication programming and the FC parameters setting under STEP7 software programruing environment. |
