摘    要:传统的插齿刀设计大多基于经验选择变位系数,再由手工计算完成,其计算工作量大、效率低,且缺乏科学依据,不能保证插齿刀的品质。笔者对插齿刀变位系数的选择进行了研究,开发了具有三维造型与仿真功能的插齿刀CAD系统。完善了插齿刀设计时变位系数选择方法,可使变位系数的选择更为合理、插齿刀的设计具有更加完备的科学依据。软件系统可用于刀具CAD的三维造型及运动仿真。

Abstract:Traditional design for Gear Shaper Cutter is mostly based on practical experience by manual calculation which needs vast working-time with low efficiency and without scientific scheme, thus leads to poor quality. This paper makes a study on the selection of position-shift coefficient of GSC, and development of a CAD system of GSC with 3D modeling and simulation. The algorithm in this paper overcomes the disadvantage of the traditional ways, greatly improves the selection of position-shift coefficient, and ensures a reasonable and scientific selection. The corresponding software developed can be used in 3D modeling of cutter-CAD and cutting-simulation.
