淬火控冷系统关键技术的研究

摘    要:采用流射沸腾冷却强化机理和常压高密集管流结构 ,利用高低位水箱储能 ,计算机在线跟踪控制 ,干净水直接溢流回收无泄漏 ,人工智能技术进行目标温度预报和控冷模型的优化 ,建成了用于工业生产的常化线炉后热处理系统。

Abstract:A temperature controlled harden system has been developed.The key technologies used in the new system as follows:jetflow and boiling cooling,the laminar flow at atmospheric pressure from pipes arranged in small row distance,storage energy using of high and low water tank,computer on-line tracking control,overflowed pure water flowing back directly without leaking,forecasting target temperature using artifical intelligence,optical controlled cooling model are introduced.
