摘    要:简述了用于测量水面流速的手持雷达流速仪(SVR)的基本原理和技术指标,对比测和应用收集的大量试验资料进行了统计和分析,对该仪器的技术指标进行了验证,对测量精度、优点和不足作出了评价,认为在流速较高时取代浮标测量水面流速具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The author describes briefly the basic principle and specification of handheld radar current meter for measuring surface flow velocity. By analyzing of comparing testing and application, instrument specifications is validated. Finally, through making evaluation about measurement precision, excellence and deficiency, it is shown that use of handheld radar current meter to perform flow velocity measurement instead of float type is of much wider application prospect.
