In the east of China,the structures of the Cenozoic rift-subsidence basins are very complex affected by multiple geologic movements, where the polyatomic compound hydrocarbongeneration, multiphase migration-accumulation balance, multi-oil bearing sequences, many kinds of complex fault-blocks and multiple petroleum provinces have been formed.The oil and gas source are very rich in these areas.There are some difficulities in development and exploration because it is impossible to study these complex structures clearly in a short time once.A set of scientifit program for progressive exploration and development is deveolped gradually on the basis of the geological features.At the same time,managerially, a set of effective methods is done also.
