| 摘 要： | 按照装备保障建设的客观要求,从军地协调共管、企业准入退出、合同保障、平战结合等方面对军民一体化装备保障运行机制进行了探讨,为统筹和整合军地装备保障资源,加强军民一体化装备保障建设提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | According to the objective requirements of equipment support construction,the paper studies on the operation mechanism of civil-military integration equipment support from four respects including army and civilian condominium,enterprise admittance and withdrawal,contract support and peacetime and wartime combination.It has practical significance to plan and integrate army and local equipment support resources,and strengthens the construction of civil-military integration equipment support. |
