沉浸式污水换热器的传热模型与验证

摘    要:沉浸式污水源热泵系统可避免机组或换热器的腐蚀,便于换热器的清洗,已在工程中应用.文章建立了沉浸式污水换热器的传热模型,并通过实验验证了模型的准确性;在污水流量变化的情况下,分别测试了沉浸式换热器在冬、夏季的传热系数.实测结果表明,采用高密度聚乙烯管的沉浸式污水换热器单位长度的传热量约为100 W/m.

Abstract:The corrosion of units or exchangers can be avoided,and exchangers is convenient to clean for sewage source heat pump systems with the immersed sewage heat exchanger.This system was applied widely in china.The author establishes the heat transfer model of the immersed sewage heat exchanger,testifies the accuracy of the model through experimental results,measures transfer coefficients of the exchanger in winter and summer.Experimental results show that the heat transfer number of per unit length is about 100...
