| Abstract: | Based on analyzing and discussing on the meaning, necessity and function of early-warning system for heavy metal pollution of water and soil in sulphide mining area, the logistic structure and function structure of the sys-tem were brought out. This offerred an overall and new method & technique for the system realization. |
