| 摘 要： | 针对透明罩盖在生产过程中经常出现表面流痕、银丝和熔接痕诸成型缺陷以及顶出困难等问题,从浇注系统、侧向抽芯机构和推出机构设计等方面进行了改进。通过采用点浇口浇注系统和滑块式二级推出机构,解决了生产中出现的各种成型缺陷以及顶出时产生的变形和顶白现象。经生产验证,该模具结构合理、动作可靠,产品质量提高,废品率降低,大大提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
