建设内蒙古林西大井国家矿山公园的优势分析

近年来，面对国内矿山枯竭危机的日益逼近，国家加强了矿山建设和生产过程中的环境保护工作，其中以矿山公园的建设尤为突出。矿山公园的建立使矿业遗迹的保护进入了一个新的阶段，也为地学服务于社会开辟了一个新的领域，是第二产业向第三产业转型的成功典范。获得国家矿山公园建设资格，只是矿山公园建设迈出的第一步，依照规划，通过实质性的矿山公园建设，达到既定目标，才是矿山公园建设的核心和重点。简要介绍了内蒙古林西大井国家矿山公园的概况，着重分析了国家矿山公园建设的优势，列举了矿山公园主要的矿业遗迹类型与级别，总结了矿山公园建设过程中的若干经验、启示，并针对公园的建设提出建议。

ADVANTAGE OF CONSTRUCTING LINXI DAJING NATIONAL GEOPARK IN INNER MONGOLIA

Recently, as mine crisis is close, the state enhances the environmental protection during mine construction and production, especially the mine parks, which make the protection of mining heritages enter a new stage, also open a new domain for the earth science to serve for the public, marking a successful example of the second industry to be transferred into the third industry. Acquiring the state’s qualification of mine parks construction is just the first step, the core and the key is to reach the planned objectives. This paper gives an introduction to the Linxi Dajing national geopark in Inner Mongolia, analyzes the advantages, lists the major mining heritages and levels, summarizes the experiences during mine parks construction, and presents suggestion on constructing mine parks.
