摘    要:针对CASS污水处理控制系统中DO浓度控制具有时变、大延迟、非线性等特点,并且难以实现有效的自动控制等问题,设计了基于ControlLogix5561 PLC和ControlNet技术的污水处理自控系统,引入模糊PID控制应用于DO浓度的控制,解决了DO浓度控制滞后等问题,实现了污水处理的实时优化控制,使出厂水BOD5、CODCr、SS浓度等指标均达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级B标准的要求。

Abstract:In view of the fact that, the DO concentration in CASS sewage treatment system is characterized by time-varying, large delay, nonlinear and so on, which is hard to achieve an effective automatic control, an au- tomatic control system for sewage treatment based on ControlLogix5561 PLC and ControlNet technology was de- signed. The system is equipped with fuzzy PID control program, which can solve the problem of delay of DO con- centration control and realize real-time optimized control of sewage treatment; and benefit from that, the concen- trations of BOD5, CODcr SS and some other indexes of the effluent water can finally meet the specification of first level grade B in GB 18918--2002 Urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard.
