中巴资源一号02星土地覆被多阶段信息提取

依托云南三江并流综合开发项目,利用2003年11月中巴地球资源一号卫星02星下传的第一批CCD数据,探讨其在该流域土地覆盖信息的提取方法,并针对资源一号02星CCD多波段数据,提出了多阶段信息提取策略,分步提取地表覆被信息,通过单波段阀值、谱型特征提取构造波段运算指数,分层提取地表信息。同时以大理地区的遥感图像为试验区进行了多阶段信息提取,结果表明,多阶段信息提取方法的总体精度不低于其他常规的分类方法,而且局部细节的区分明显高于K-means和ISODATA分类方法。因此通过有针对性地对中巴资源卫星数据信息提取方法的研究,可以更有效地发挥中巴一号02星数据在土地覆被和土地利用等领域的应用,并为我国自主卫星数据的深入应用贡献绵薄之力。

A Technique of Multi-phase Information Extraction of CBERS-02 Image on Land Use and Land Cover

The professional staff in the field of remote sensing has been keeping close tabs on the relevant data transmitted from CBERS-02 since its successful launch on October 21,2003 so as to obtain the land cover information in a prompt and efficient way.Based on the developing project in the valley of Nu,Lancang and Jinsha rivers,this article probes into the extraction method of land cover information in this area by using the first batch of information transmitted from the CBERS-02 on November 2003.In the light of multiband data of CBERS-02,this article has also put forward the suggestion of multi-phase information extraction strategy,the extraction of land cover information by using single band threshold value and spectral character to construct band index.At the same time,an experiment multi-phase extraction was conducted by using the remote sensing image of Dali area and the result shows that the multi-phase extraction method is no less accurate than the other regular ones besides this method is obviously sharper in distinguishing the local details than Kmeans and ISODATA methods.Therefore,the relevant study on the information extraction method of CBERS data makes it possible to apply more efficiently it in the field of land cover,soil usage and so on,so as to make my meagre effort to our country's independent satellites.
