摘    要:为解决齿轮油泵设计中内部集成与外部布局的协调问题,提高设计效率,在介绍虚拟设计技术对产品仿真的主要意义的基础上,提出了齿轮油泵的虚拟设计流程。分析了流程各步骤的实际意义和重点解决的关键问题。借助Solidworks、Pro/E、UG等三维造型软件,创建了齿轮油泵系统各零部件的实体模型,并进行了虚拟装配,实现了系统的三维动态仿真。通过仿真既可得到可能的模型配置,又可检测零件间的装配干涉,修正原始设计,辅助优化设计,动画模拟部件及整机的装配与运转,为齿轮油泵产品的批量制造和质量的提高提供强有力的保证。

Abstract:To solve the problem of low precision and long exploitation in product design, this paper brings about a virtual design process of gear oil pump based on the introduction of virtual technique about product design, and analyzes the actual meaning and pivotal problems which need to be settled emphatically. The entity models of every part of the gear oil pump system can be founded by means of the three-dimensional modeling tools such as PRO/E and so on. All the parts are assembled by the virtual technique and the three-dimensional dynamic simulation is realized, and thus the feasibility of this method is validated.
