| Abstract: | According to the investigation and analysis for the milling efficiency of HSM 700 type high speed miller, it is considered that the conventional calculating method for cutting efficiency does not apply to high speed milling, and a new calculation formula is presented. The milling efficiency of high speed miller is compared with which of conventional miller in terms of production costs. The dominance and problem in the milling efficiency of high speed miller are discussed. |
