物化-生化法组合工艺降解酞菁蓝生产废水

摘    要:酞菁蓝生产废水中含有COD1 657 mg/L,BOD1 048 mg/L,NH3-N895 mg/L,Cu2+25.6 mg/L,采用物化、生化组合处理工艺,出水各项污染物指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》的一级指标。COD去除率90.7%;BOD去除率88.5%;NH3-N去除率99.1%;Cu2+去除率99.2%。本方法操作简单,工艺流程合理,处理效果好,可操作性强,环境友好。

Abstract:The wastewater discharged from the production of phthalo cyanine blue pigment contains COD(1 657mg/L),BOD(1 048mg/L),NH_3-N(895mg/L)and Cu~(2+)(25.6mg/L).When a combined process of physical-chemical and biochemical treatment was used,the outlet of the treatment is measured up the first-class of the let standard complex.This method has some merits,including convenient operation,optimizing process-flow,ideal treatment effect,strong operation and friendly environment.
