摘    要:采用微波合成技术制备了196#不饱和聚酯,考察了微波功率、辐射时间和催化剂质量分数等对产物性能的影响。结果表明,最佳合成条件为微波功率325W、辐射时间20min、催化剂质量分数0.350%,在此条件下所得196#不饱和聚酯的重均分子量为10332,相对分子质量分布为2.639,且反应速率提高了24倍,能耗显著降低。

Abstract:196# unsaturated polyester was prepared by means of microwave irradiation. The effects of power and time of microwave irradiation and dosage of catalyst on physical properties of the resultant polymer were investigated. The optimum conditions for synthesizing 196# unsaturated polyester were determined through the experiments, including microwave power 325 W, irradiation time 20 min and catalyst content 0.350 wt%. The unsaturated polyester prepared under such conditions possessed weight-average molecular weight of 10 332 and its distribution of 2.639. Furthermore, the reaction rate was raised by 24 times and the energy consumption was reduced considerably.
