| 摘 要： | 对有机化学实验教学中的一些问题进行探讨,通过优化实验教学内容体系,探索教学方法手段和完善考核评价体系三方面对有机化学实验进行了改革,提出了学生综合素质和创新能力培养的方法,实现教与学的互动,确保实验教学质量的提高。实践证明,这三方面的教学改革对培养和提高学生创新能力起到了积极作用。

| Abstract: | The reform of Organic Chemistry Experiment was discussed,based on the teaching contents,teaching method and the evaluation of achievement,the results showed that the experimental reform can not only solve the problem existed in Organic Chemistry Experiment but also approve the teaching quality and the comprehensive ability of students.The practice proved that these three aspects in teaching reform played active roles in improving the innovative ability of students. |
