| 摘 要： | 以行星伞齿轮为对象,研究了冷闭塞成形的工艺特点,分析了该零件的工艺特性,通过有限元数值模拟,再现了齿轮闭塞成形过程,分析了其应力应变及损伤情况,并以下凹模为例分析了模具的受力情况.

| Abstract: | This paper studies the characteristics of Closed Precision Forging aimed at the Planetary Bevel Gears,also analyzes the peculiar techniques of the part.Though the numerical simulation,this paper reproduces the whole course during forming,analyzes the stress,strain and the damage of the forming,and studies the stress of the die. |
