高级计划系统在PCB企业管理中的应用

The introduction of advanced planning system in PCB enterprise management

As the development of PCB industry, competition among PCB enterprises becomes more and more fierce and the production period becomes shorter and shorter. The traditional ERP can＇t automatically make production plan, as a result, we have to depend on manual plan which causes decay of delivery date, waste of human and production resources, which influence corporate reputation and competitiveness, etc. As a new mode of enterprise production management, APS will solve this problem effectively. This paper introduces APS briefly and discusses how to introduce APS in PCB enterprise.
