抽油机井节电设备配置优化试验与应用

摘    要:油井抽油机、电机、电控箱组合配置有利于节能(电能)。以吨液百米耗电量为指标,考察了7组不同抽油机、电机、电控箱组合配置在4种举升高度(200m、400m、600m、800m)下的系统效率。耗电设备的合理配置,可以提高系统效率,降低吨液耗电量,节能(电能)效果显著。

Abstract:Optimizing the combination of pumping unit, electrical motor and electric cabinet can raise energy (power) efficiencies for oil wells.The authors of the article studied the system efficiencies of seven different combinations of pumping unit,electrical motor and electric cabinet used in four lifting heights(200m,400m,600m and 800m) to compare their power consumption for lifting It of liquid for 100 meters.Optimized combination of power-consuming equipment raises system efficiencies and reduces the power used for lifting It of liquid.It is a highly energy-efficient approach.
