饲料中维生素A测定的前处理条件研究

摘    要:通过正交实验研究了前处理的3个主要因素(称样量、制样方式和提取方法)对维生素A测定结果的可靠性的影响。结果表明,饲料中维生素A测定的最佳前处理条件为样品不进行振荡、不进行打样、使用原样进行测定,称样量为10 g,用皂化的方法进行提取。

Research on the pretreatment conditions for determination of vitamin A in feed
Abstract:The effect of the main factors in pretreatment, such as sample weight, sample preparation method and extraction method, on the reliability of the determination of vitamin A was researched by orthogonal experiment.The result showed that the optimal pretreatment conditions for determination of vitamin A in feeds were that the test was conducted by saponification with 10 g sample without being shaken or shaped.
