数字化6σ设计平台的设计与应用

摘    要:基于6σ设计的流程管理模式和并行设计技术路线,将质量工具和设计方法融合在6σ设计的流程之中,提出了6σ设计的集成框架。结合项目管理的思想,应用过程管理技术和企业信息建模技术进行平台的总体结构设计和关键问题研究,设计并实现了基于C/S模式的数字化6σ设计平台。实际应用的结果表明,6σ设计的数字化平台可实现对多项目的集成化和动态管理,优化产品的设计和制造过程,从而降低设计成本,提高产品质量,增强市场竞争能力。

Abstract:Based on design for six sigma (DFSS) and concurrent engineering, quality tools and design methods are described and embedded in the flow of DFSS, and the integrated frame of DFSS is presented. Technology of process management and information modeling are applied to design the whole architecture of the digital platform and solve the key problems combining the idea of project management, and digital platform oriented to DFSS is developed and achieved based on Client/Server mode. The result shows that the application of the digital platform can achieve dynamic and integrated management for multi-project, optimize the process of design and manufacturing, reduce the design cost, enhance the quality of the product and strengthen the market competitive power.
