| 摘 要： | 本文通过对汽车式挖掘机行驶性能试验中出现的车桥断裂的原因进行了分析，在三种工况下计算了桥壳承受的应力，提出了改进措施，并对改进前后车桥进行了静压加载对比试验。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the cause of axle breaking for truck excavator during travelling performance test. The stress of axle box is calculated under three working conditions. The improvement measure is presented. The improved axle is compared with the unimproved one by static loading test. |
