大型多支承回转窑支承载荷分配方法研究

摘    要:采取横分层、纵分段的方法,建立了回转窑支承载荷分配的有限元模型。通过将筒体轴线偏差转化为回转窑支承载荷分配中的给定位移,灵活地计入了轴线偏差对支承载荷分配的影响。通过对数值计算结果进行回归分析,得出了回转窑支承载荷与轴线偏差的关系式,这些关系式为掌握回转窑的运行状态及优化调窑,提供了依据。

Abstract:Finite element model is set up of supporting load distribution of large rotary kiln by lateral layers and longitudinal sections.Axial deviation of cylinder is converted into the given displacement in supporting load distribution.The relation between supporting load of rotary kiln and axial deviation is worked out with the help of regression analysis,which will be the basis for mastering the operation of rotary kiln.
