摘    要:研究了有机硅钻井液降粘剂HOS的性能,考察了诸因素对降粘效果的影响,并与常规降粘剂进行了比较。结果表明,HOS在高固相(重晶石、膨润土和劣质土)含量的钻井液体系中降粘效果好,在重晶石加量为120%的钻井液中,降粘剂HOS的降粘效果明显优于常规降粘剂XY-27、SMT。降粘剂HOS具有良好的抗温能力,抗温可达180℃。降粘剂HOS加入方式简单,无需配成碱液,现场使用方便,既可用于配制新浆,也可用于老浆进行流变性调控。

Abstract:The performance of HOS as organosilicon thinner for cing visbreaking were examined, and it was compared with the HOS had good effects in drilling fluid system with high content drilling fluid was studied, the factors influenconventional thinner. The results showed that of solid phase (barite, bentonite and inferior earth). In drilling fluid which had 120% barite,the viscosity reducing effect of HOS was better than that of conventional thinner XY -27 and SMT obviously. The temperature resistance of HOS was up to 180 ℃. The way of adding HOS was simple, it didn' t need to make lye. It was convenient to use on site, and it could be used to both prepare fresh drilling fluid and regulate rheology of existing drilling fluid.
