| 摘 要： | 介绍了攀钢煤气混合站热值控制系统的原理及方法。由于原热值系统存在多种问题，造成调节系统无法正常投运。改造后的系统克服了原系统的缺点，增加了PLC控制设备，保证了混合煤气发热量的稳定，达到了用户的要求，实现节能降耗。

| Abstract: | The principle and method of the caloric value control system of the gas mixing station of Panzhihua Iron &Steel Co. are presented. There were many problems in the former caloric value system and therefore, the adjustment system could not operate normally. The reconstructed system overcame disadvantages of the former system and added PLC to control device. It assured stable heat output of the mixing gas, met the needs of users and realized energy saving. |
