掺加助磨剂水泥混合材料优化试验

摘    要:加入试验设计最低掺量的混合材料,利用大磨生产母体水泥,再按照正交设计加入一定数量的混合材料和选定助磨剂进行水泥各项物理性能试验。旨在优选使用助磨剂后的水泥配比,增加混合材料掺量,同时提高或至少不劣化水泥性能。结果表明,掺加0.10%ZQ-1助磨剂,同时增加5%石灰石和3%矿渣粉后,可以保持水泥抗压强度基本不变;改善了以胶砂坍落度评价的水泥流变性能;凝结时间稍有延长。通过工业试验确定了助磨剂适宜掺量和优化的混合材料掺量。

Abstract:In order to optimize the proportion of clinker and admixture with the utilization of grinding aids and then rose up the quantity of admixture content in cement and also improve the cement performance or at least keep same as the original cement compared with lower quantity of admixture in cement, a test was used. The matrix cement that was blended with assigned lowest amount of admixtures, was produced by cement mill of production line, then the cement properties was tested by orthogonal design with a different amount of admixtures and selected grinding aids. The resuhs showed that if the content of grinding aids ZQ-1 were 0.10% in cement, the content of limestone and GGBS could be increased to 5% and 3% respectively, the cement compressive strength could be maintained normally, and the cement paste rheologic property changed stighfly, as well as the cement setting time prolonged a little. Consequently, the test could be continuous with normal production line to determine the optimized amount of grinding aids and admixtures.
