| 摘 要： | 在沙河水库除险加固工程的施工成本控制中,承包企业运用了科学的管理方法和系统、全面的成本控制措施,按照科学的实施步骤,正确处理成本、质量与工期三者之间的辩证关系,为企业创造了最大的经济利益,积累了成功的经验和成本控制的系统方法,为以后类似工程的施工提供了参考。
