甲钴胺联合硫辛酸、法舒地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

目的：观察甲钴胺联合硫辛酸、法舒地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法：将108例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组。对照组54例单用甲钴胺治疗，观察组54例采用甲钴胺联合硫辛酸、法舒地尔治疗，疗程4周，采用美国Nicolet肌电-诱发电位仪，在患者治疗前、治疗后2周、4周分别进行上肢正中神经、下肢胫神经的F波检测，记载平均F波的波幅，结合测定正中神经，腓肠神经传导速度进行评价，观察两组患者症状改善情况。结果：观察组临床症状、体征、神经电图改善情况均明显优于对照组，观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为85．2％和57．4％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：甲钴胺联合硫辛酸、法舒地尔治疗可有效改善DPN患者的临床症状，疗效显著。

Efficacy of a cobalt amine combined with lipoic acid and fasudil treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective：To observe a joint lipeic acid cobalt amine and method, treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） of clinical efficacy. Methods 108 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. Control group 54 cases to a cobalt amino therapy, observation group of 54 cases by using a cobalt amine joint lipoie acid, shu ground treatment, 4 weeks treatment, the American Nicolet electromyography - induced potentiometer, in patients before and after treatment for 2 weeks, 4 weeks respectively for upper limb median nerve, tibial F wave detection of lower lizal3, recorded an average of F wave amplitude, combined with the determination of median nerve, evaluate the sural nerve conduction velocity, two groups of symptoms was observed. Results observation group improve clinical synlploms, signs, nerve emg were significantly better than the control group, the observation group and control group total effective rate was 85.2% and 85.2% respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion a combined lipoic acid, cohalt amine method shu, treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with DPN, curative effect is remarkable.
