摘    要:针对目前互联互通恶性事件时常发生,出现网间异常通话行为,进一步造成移动通信运营商网间高额结算费损失的问题,提出了一种基于客户使用行为的网间高额结算费用监控分析方法,并应用到广西移动的运营支撑系统中,及时发现网络间异常通话的行为,方便监控网间结算费用情况和核对分析数据,将公司的网间结算费损失控制在尽可能小范围内,保障公司利益.

Abstract:In the light of the interconnection of malignant events occur frequently, abnormal communication behavior that between two telecommunications always appears, resulting in high clearing fee loss problem between two telecommunications according to mobile telecommunications. This paper presents a method based on customer behavior, with the technical means of monitoring customer' s mobile phone numbers' high cost and analysis data, and then applied to China Mobile Group Guangxi Company' s operation support system. In time, the detection of abnormal communication behavior two telecommunications will be more early, the monitor mobile phone numbers' account expenses will become convenient, and the loss of company's accounts between two telecommunications can be controlled as little as possible, in order to protect the interests of the company.
