基于ANSYS的采煤机销轨轮复合齿形有限元分析

摘    要:针对采煤机摆线齿廓的销轨轮在使用过程中存在齿面受接触应力较大、齿根弯曲应力较大的问题,提出销轨轮采用摆线—渐开线复合齿廓。经ANSYS软件对销轨轮进行实体建模并进行有限元分析,得出新齿廓可提高销轨轮强度,延长使用寿命。

Abstract:At the pin-gear track wheel of cycloid tooth profile in shearer in operation,for the problems of larger contact stress of tooth surface and larger bending stress of tooth root,proposes the pin-gear track wheel to adopt composite tooth profile combining cycloid and involute.As a result of the solid modeling and the finite element analysis by ANSYS software on the pin-gear track wheel,the new tooth profile can increase the strength and service life of the pin-gear track wheel.
