基于CAN总线的连续墙抓斗起重机安全报警系统设计

摘    要:针对某一型号国产连续墙抓斗起重机,利用抓斗起重机自身的机电液控制系统,设计了基于CAN总线、PLC与人机交互技术的安全报警系统,阐述了系统的构成、工作原理以及报警功能的程序实现方法.经现场试验,设计的系统很好地实现了安全报警功能.

Abstract:Based on the electro-hydraulic control system of a specific diaphragm-wall grab crane, a real- time safety alarm system is first designed using CAN bus, PLC and man-machine interaction technology. Subsequently, the system configuration, working principle and soft realization of alarm functions are presented. Through on-site testing, this system is consequently proven effective for safety alarming.
