北京市行政区划调整后古都风貌保护措施探讨

2010年7月,北京市进行了功能核心区行政区划的调整.在上述背景下,以保护古都风貌的新措施为研究对象,进行了较为详细的论述.首先提出了古都北京城涉及的保护、改造、利用三个环节中存在的难点、焦点;其次分析了每个环节产生问题的原因;最后提出了解决这三个环节中存在问题的方法如建立登录制度、扩大融资渠道、制定相关规划等.
