| 摘 要： | 文章通过对包钢炼钢厂100 t铁水罐罐嘴在使用中存在的缺陷,进行了详细的研究和分析计算,结合现场使用要求,设计并制作一个合理的新罐嘴;减少了铁水对转炉炉衬的冲蚀、减少了铁水撒溅造成的浪费。

| Abstract: | In the paper,it is studied,analyzed and calculated the defects of mouth of 100 t hot-metal bottle in Steel-melting Plant of Baotou Steel.Moreover,a new reasonable mouth of bottle is designed and manufactured according to the on-site operating requirements.The erosion of hot metal to furnace liner of convertor and the waste caused by spilled hot metal are reduced with the new mouth of bottle. |
