| 摘 要： | 在全社会创建生态文明的背景下,煤炭企业需要转变发展模式,建设生态文明矿井。企业文化已成为推动煤炭企业可持续发展的内在动力。文章分析了煤炭企业构建企业新文化的必要性,提出生态文化、和谐文化的建设思路,以促进生态文明矿井的建设。

| Abstract: | Under the background of national eco-civilization construction,coal mine must change developing mode to eco-civilized coal mine.Enterprise culture is the inner power of coal mine sustainable development.The necessary of building new enterprise culture in coal mine was analyzed,and the instruction of ecological culture and harmonious culture was given,in order to promote the construction of eco-civilization coal mine. |
