摘    要:文章从已有的电弧炉炼钢的能量平衡关系出发,计算了利用废气余热预热废钢的节能率,并从能量数量、能量质量、综合效益等几个方面,对废钢预热和余热锅炉两种余热回收方式进行了比较,肯定了废钢预热技术的优越性。

Abstract:According to the energy balance table of arc furnace, the author calculates energy-saving ratio of reheating waste steel using waste heat, and compares waste steel reheating with heat boiler from energy quatity, energy quality, and comprehensive efficient. The superiority of waste steel reheating is affirmed.
