新时期配电网规划中需要关注的几个问题

配电系统是整个电力系统的重要组成部分,与终端用户有着直接而紧密的联系,建设安全、可靠、经济的配电系统,需要重视“电力发展,规划先行”。不同时期、不同环境对配电网规划的要求和方法均不相同。该文提出在制定新时期配电网规划时,要充分考虑到新时期的新需求、新特点,密切关注国家大政方针、电力体制改革、社会经济总体发展规划等外部条件对配电网规划的影响,并对规划过程中始终要贯穿的几个基本而核心的原则、配电网规划中的管理问题进行了论述。

For constructing a safe, reliable and economical distribution network system, needs to take "the electric power development, the planning advance ". In different time and different environment, the request and the method which planning to the distribution network is not same.
