The theoretical basis of the structure principles and the energy analysis of the equipment using the potential energy of plastic belts and heat transfer mediums to realize automatic cleaning incrustant and resisting incrustant was presented,the optimum structure of the plastic belts for automatic cleaning incrustant and resisting incrustant was described,the status and efficiency of the first application of the equipment were reported.
