| 摘 要： | 论述了机械制造业内四大物流的状态及相互之间的关系,提出了整合企业内部物流的设想,并在信息化技术引领和支撑下,使企业四大物流分割管理的现实改变为集中统一归口管理的模式,充分发挥物流的整体规模效应优势,凸现物流增值服务的价值,从而提升企业的综合竞争能力。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborated the four big flows and their mutual relations in the mechanical manufacturing industry.Proposed the assumption for conformity enterprise interior thing flow.The division management of the four big thing flows have changed into the centralism unification management pattern under the support in the information technology,full display flows the overall scale effect superiority.It manifests the value of thing flows increment service,thus advancing enterprise's synthesis competition ability. |
