6111铝合金热变形行为及本构方程

摘    要:利用Gleeble-1500热模拟机,研究6111铝合金在变形温度为350℃~550℃、应变速率为0.01s-1~10s-1的热变形流变应力行为。研究结果表明,6111铝合金为正应变速率敏感材料,且随着变形温度升高抗拉强度减小,其热变形经历了从应变硬化阶段过渡到稳态变形阶段的过程,软化机制主要为动态回复;采用Zener-Hollomon参数建立6111铝合金的本构方程,该方程可用于模拟6111铝合金材料一般加载情况下的热成形过程。

Abstract:The flow stress behavior of 6111 aluminum alloy was studies on Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulator,over a range of temperature 350℃~550℃ and strain rate 0.01s-1~10s-1.The results demonstrated that 6111 aluminum alloy is a positive-strain-rate sensitive material.The tensile strength decreased as temperature became higher;the hot deformation behavior exhibited strain-hardening to a steady-state and the softening mechanism was mainly controlled by dynamic recovery.The constitutive equation of 6111 aluminum alloy was established using Zener-Hollomon parameter,which could be used in simulating the hot forming process under the prevailing loading conditions.
