| 摘 要： | 介绍了新型炉卷轧机的主要设备及主要功能,对炉卷轧机卷取轧制工艺进行了研究.介绍了主要的张力控制方法,给出了混合张力控制功能原理图.推导计算卷取张力模型.重点对混合张力控制中直接张力控制进行研究.对电流内环和张力外环构成的直接张力控制系统分别进行了调节器参数整定.通过系统的仿真研究表明,取不同的H值进行整定时对系统的动态指标产生不同影响,同时对小时间常数的张力环节可以忽略.

| Abstract: | The main equipments and the main function of the new kind of steckel mill were introduced.The processing of steckel mill was researched.The main methods of tension control were introduced,and the principle picture of tension control was provided.The model of coiling tension was calculated.Researched the direct tension control system.Determined the parameter of the regulators of the direct coiling tension control system.Simulation indicates that different parameter can make different result and the little tension part can be ignored at the same time. |
